As far as I know, in the UK the lock-down isn't going to be re-reviewed until May and even then I would imagine that it will either stay the same, get more strict or at best be relaxed just a small amount.
I can see the lock-down going on in some form or another until the end of the year easily, and after that, who knows. I really can't see clearly yet how this is going to pan out long-term.
I think the main thing is not to keep thinking about "when this is over" because that way you never really come to terms with it and you risk falling behind whilst you wait for things to go back to normal.
The best thing is just to assume this is how things are now, accept it and adapt accordingly. We just have to make the best of this situation that we can.
