When is the end of this quarantine?

As far as I know, in the UK the lock-down isn't going to be re-reviewed until May and even then I would imagine that it will either stay the same, get more strict or at best be relaxed just a small amount.

I can see the lock-down going on in some form or another until the end of the year easily, and after that, who knows. I really can't see clearly yet how this is going to pan out long-term.

I think the main thing is not to keep thinking about "when this is over" because that way you never really come to terms with it and you risk falling behind whilst you wait for things to go back to normal.

The best thing is just to assume this is how things are now, accept it and adapt accordingly. We just have to make the best of this situation that we can.

It's the time to discuss when it will going to end... Each country has announced a separate date for lockdown already. Will it be going to end on that date or continues?! If yes, how long you expect?

In India, we glad to know that the new cases are going down or in-stable. So this lockdown will be going to end as announced.. but only for a short gap, I think.

New cases going down? they are doubling every 4 days. Due to religious meet, numbers have increased manifold.
And India is going to extend the lockdown at least till the end of this month.

China Wuhai already crease the lock down yesterday everyone back to normal life but still have checks on temp etc safety measures along.

I think it will need to monitor for other some years though... We cannot completely come out from this virus. We can only get out of this lockdown, but after that, we have to maintain the social distancing and have to follow many regulations that will be provided by govt.

There are like 200 countries affected by the coronavirus and like 5 countries with 5G towers, not even all of the most affected are among these, so no obvious correlation, let alone causation.

It's not going to be becoming normal until we find a cure.

By June, everything will be normal. Ofcourse there will be some changes like social distancing in stores,markets etc but by June there will be no lock downs

Due to "comparatively"' low mortality rates, every country is now focusing on how to re-start economic activities. They have comes to term with the fact that you cant do much with this virus anway. The medicines/vaccines research will keep moving as usual and eventually we'll have a treatment like any other disease

Different countries have different situations regarding the pandemic. Some may extend the lockdown period some may not. Depends on how big the chain is in their country. In India everything is under control except the one's who attended religious meeting Markaz in Delhi. If this meeting was not held then India would have already lifted the lockdown. That meeting was attended by around 10k people and most of them got positive and roamed freely and went to masjids before they have been caught. So the chain went big. But now they have all been caught and are being treated. But one thing which concerns is those people are not listening to the govt and acting like their religion is bigger than the pandemic. They should know that no religion is bigger than pandemic and everyone has to overcome it with unity.

Most of the people who have attended the Delhi meeting have already spread it to their friends and families... I don't what will be going to happen. Gods only know!

In Hungary the first two-week lockdown period was about to expire tomorrow. Yesterday it was extended indefinitely with weekly supervisions by the government. It's a soft lockdown with many exceptions. Honestly there's no point in guessing the end date, the situation is changing from day to day. If there's a steady downward trend for at least two weeks, that's when lockdown measures can start to get lifted gradually.
