I had made the account in August. And didn't pay the fees. But now I paid them.

There's no secret method. Just create or operate your accounts just like a 'normal' user would do.

The main problem is that I wasn't providing tracking code to customers, I think.

Don't reuse the VAT number. It's easily can be linked to your previous suspended account.

I do sell stuff on eBay.

If you have a strong buyer account, which means that you need to spend money on eBay, they won't touch your account in such a "minor" the issue.

I have an eBay account for a long time now, every time they approach me their representative copy-paste a long monolog of how much they are happy to have me on the platform, afterward, they type their message.
