His lack of attention to this thread is disturbing.

@MisterF is working and maintaining this and he is ignoring it.

One should be involved if they are the accused.

Clearly he is too busy to respond so he can have a couple of weeks away.

It's a temp ban but if when the ban expires he's not refunded you the ban is a perma ban.


The temp ban will be automatically lifted on Mar 17, 2020

He logged on to send me a PM on Monday:

"I promise I'll have it sorted out before Friday, I'm really having a hard time here with everything going on but I'm working hard to sort this out soonest. I'm sorry for breaking the rules, wasn't intentional."

I'm not even giving him 24 hours, he's logged on to try selling again.

busyangel is perma banned. He was given more than enough opportunities to make this all right, but instead decided to mess the buyers around and even had the nerve to come back on here to try to sell to others.

He made promises and failed to keep them.

But he still logged on and was selling via PM, after being told not to do so.

I understand times are hard for a lot of members just now, but when someone thinks they can try to carry counseling while a SL is active and being told not to sell, that is a different ballgame.

When he pays you off in full, and anyone else he owes, he can submit a support ticket and ask an admin to reconsider the ban is lifted. That's the best I'm willing to offer.

The event has to begin on BHW - outside conversations are fine and you can even come up with a deal but then you should outline the deals' terms and conditions via PM. I do that often so that if there is an issue you can prove the event began on BHW and that you consummated the deal on BHW.

Be detailed in the PM and get confirmation as well via PM.
