I am getting impressions and clicks on a cpa offer from Maxbounty. I have been running it for 4 days and each day removing bad keywords which is a waste of clicks and keeping ones that are related. But still no sales.
At what point should I stop promoting this offer if I dont get a sale.

You should always set an advertising spend limit and stop yourself at that point when you got no result.

But before you do this, make sure the campaign you ran was appropriate to the customers ? if yes, why did they left out without buying?
The offer you are selling, is targeting the target audience or just the broad audience?
Answer yourself and then decide. Make sure the ad copies are relevant to the searches your customers make.

Why do you need threshold accounts btw? You can keep running campaigns in a single account if they are white hat.
