Keyword Optimisation - Entering Keyword Twice

Guys if i was trying to promote 2 keywords i.e.

"Computer Game"
and
"Computer Games"

Would I have to use both keywords in tags and such or could I just use "Computer Games" as it includes the other keyword in the term.

This is really bugging me. Thanks to anyone who helps me

google penalizes for usign the same keyword twice. People dont speak of this too much because the sites that dont know.. get penalized, therefor helping us all that know.

example: computer games, game

When you write Computer Games it contains both Keywords as far as content writing is concerned, but when you go for tags or anchor texts, both are different and you have to optimize for both Computer Games and Computer Game as Google keeps records in form of words and not subset of words so games and game is quite different in that case.

I've been including some keywords a lot more than twice and have had no problem whatsoever.
