Get proxies if you are going to create several profile accounts on just one site, say CNN.com

Gmail would be a good choice as it's more trusted for many websites among other spammy emails.

Google doesn't have access to your ip in this context. You should change ips (aka use a VPN/proxy) in order to prevent the sites you're signing up to from getting you banned.
