Create passive income stream with 2.500$

Just got a job for the next 4 weeks, as im a Student ive to pay no taxes. I will have 2500$ that i want to invest in "digital real estate" to translate it into regular passive income.

For me, "digital real estate" = websites, social media accounts etc.

Why? Because i treat websites as such, there is demand for ad place, i rent it off to the advertisers

But the Problem here is:
- many websites and social media accounts are having fake traffic, theyre getting artificially inflated to sell them at a higher price

My idea to solve that Problem:
1. Ask them to visit google adsense and Show last earnings (a video so it cant be easily faked via photoshop)
---> googles algorithm detects EVERY fake traffic --> im safe, real traffic
2. Buy 10 pages for 250$ rather than 1 for 2500$

Im a newbie, i need to learn more html before i do this aswell
And im a newbie at buying websites.

How it gets passive income?
1. User generated Content on the site
2. A bot that collects data, processes it , changes it up so it still makes sense(the difficult part, but i already know how im doin this), puts it automatically on my website (best example: news website)

Is my way of thinking, the process of buying a website correct and flawless or is there more to consider?

How about the dynamics?
Ive been into social media accounts, but it s annoying that they roll out updates so often which make it more and more difficult to make money off it (without getting Banned in longterm by scaling up)

Is Google changing its search algorithm often? And what gets affected? Could my websites be deleted/ or just my adsense deactivated, google search downranked? I mean google doesnt own the Website

Yes it's same thing for google sadly , when there is an update u only lose your ranking or u can actually gain in ranking. No u don't lose your adsense neither your website , i think u should either build your own social media accounts or for example let's say if you are going to use ig maybe buying a shoutout for a small amount can help.

Nah im complete and done with social media as u Cannot scale up easily without getting Banned in longterm

Websites can be automated as i want + cannot be deleted, that is the longterm advantage

Are you in Germany? If you are, this is not true. You have to pay taxes determined by the level of your income and revenue. There are many different types of taxes that come into play. You may not need to pay taxes if you make a certain amount but you still need to do the tax declaration. Paypal, Amazon, Ebay and Co. in Germany communicate with the Finanzamt. I have clients who were given a fine for making money illegally (unregistered business). Finanzamt found out because Ebay reported their income. I know this because I am part of a business incubator in Germany.

I don't think that buying websites is a good strategy.

Moreover for 250$ you will get only duplicate content websites. Basically sellers just copy a website from a domain to another, work the logo and sell it. Duplicate content is very bad for ranking.

It is better to look for a good domain name and create your own websites.
Then you can start working on your SEO and content and optimize your websites ranking...

This has 2 advantages:
1. You learn by doing
2. Less expensive than buying ready made websites

Im under 50 days per year and under 8000$/year, it s just a holidays job, i have to pay only 25% loantaxes which i can get back next year with a "freiwillige steuererklärung". Im in high school not College lol

My new concept is:
Find a good domain name, program a website, host it on the domain name, find 100-500 google keywords where i can rank in the first couple sites , then once i ranked on the first 10 google search sites on the 100-500 keywords put the money into advertissement and marketing to boost the Website to the top

Then get a community ongoing on the website, implement an email newsletter to sell stuff via mass email, google adsense revenue and also building in reflinks from affiliate Networks on the Products on the site

Then push the Website so long till it is making so much revenue that i can hire someone that does the Ranking and Moderation and maintenace for me

= me getting money for doing nothing (i just have to look over the assistant every now and then obviously)
(Content on the site is user generated and rest is done by an Assistant ONCE it is financally possible)

Just researched again to make sure.
Ich bin unterm Freibetrag von 10.500€, alles darunter ist steuerfrei.
Sozialabgaben müssen bei einer "kurzfristigen Beschäftigung" von unter 70 Tage im Jahr nicht gezahlt werden (Bedingung: man ist nicht familienversichert)
Mit ner freiwilligen Steuererklärung hole ich dann anfang 2021 alles zurück.

Ranking takes time.
If you want to buy links and stuff it is no longer white hat.
Make sure your niche is not too big and you are knowledgeable. You will probably see the first results in 6 to 12 months, be patient.
Are you planning on writing in German? It is probably less competitive and you might rank for niches that you would never be able to rank for in english.
