As the title suggests, how do I find out what cloaker a website is using? Is that even possible?

Short answer yes. Long answer, you need to buy all available cloakers and see if any of those behave like the one installed on that website. Also, it might be a custom solution.

You cannot. You can find if a site/lander is using cloaker or not but finding which one is not possible i think.

Impossible. A good cloaker does all the heavy lifting behind the scenes (aka in the server), cloakers don't leave footprints.
