I can honestly tell you a few issues or bumps we have had with some clients, a couple have been denied their adsense application the first time (this is because some clients post job offers in several locations, same title, same description just different location this is common in franchises, banks or big retail chains), they just need to wait for the site to get more jobs and apply again, some people focus too much is design details and very little in the promotional part the ones that are focusing in the promotion have had results here are some examples:

Remember that the sites are optimized to rank in Google for jobs and you can't pay to be shown there so local businesses and human resource companies HAVE TO pay you to be there.

Sorry to interrupt the topic, I've been earning well with such websites for a long time, the only advice I can give is, do not waste your time if you don't have your own traffic tweak. If you have a social media account dedicated to the spesific city or a job, you can go for it.
Think this, if it's that easy to build an automated website and bring traffic to it, would you prefer to sell this method for $100 each or you create websites for every possible city in USA or job title and milk the adsense. I'd definitely go for second.
