MY REVIEW:
I have ordered 1x Job site
What I got:
Fully functional well-designed SEO optimized website as promised
Great support from OP.
Opportunity

I would recommend it any time!
Very happy to have another satisfy customer.

I am considering placing an order but I have a question. I have a certain industry in mind and was thinking of a site to include jobs from that industry, anywhere in the U.S. and Canada. But I'm not sure how to promote such a site. On the other hand, if I had a city-based site covering all types of general jobs, I could market it to local job seekers and businesses. Would a national industry-based site be hard to market? Do you have ideas for that?
Yes we can advice you which type of site is the best for you based on your experience, assets and job availability so purchase with confidence please because this is part of the solution

Thanks!
I have sent you a PM already with further instructions.

Can you tell me if it's possible to do below:

1) Target a specific city in a country
2) Target a whole country
3) Target the entire world

You can also create site based on non US cities ?
If you do all the website configurations by yourself, will you be passing the info if I buy the website ?
If something goes wrong with website, do you provide after sales support?

Thanks!

You have insisted to post my queries here instead of PM. Could you please answer here then?
I might have few more questions on my mind too. I will ask them once I have answers for all of the above.

Thanks for the response @patadeperro
My other questions are below:

1) I checked the sample websites posted in the sales thread. Seems like they're using jobtome.com API. Is there any possibility to use other free popular API's such as indeed, careerbuilder, naukri, simplyhired etc. Because jobtome is not at all comparable to other big sites mentioned (considering the number of job posts). So, it would be better if you can combine the results from all such popular sites. If not all, atleast few of them. I want to see hundreds of job posts posted on the same day rather than just few posts. Let me know if this is possible.

2) I find EMD local seo domains are best options by considering the sample sites on thread. Posting a lot of high quality blog posts on the sites will increase the chance not to get Google strike for low quality EMD. However my first point applies here as well. More the job posts (apart from blog posts), less chance of being a spammy site in the eyes of Google. What do you think?

Here are the answer to your questions:

1.- We make the integration of more than 30 job providers you will get hundreds of real job opportunities and no other site will get the same I can guarantee you that, so you don't need to worry about that.

2.- We send hundreds of jobs depending on the type of site you want, if you visit the same sites I posted as an example in a couple of days you will find another job providers, and each one of the clients can assure you exactly that, they all get many unique jobs everyday that is not an issue at all.

I got refused for adsense for my site.

Has anyone put a blog on their site and if so would you be willing to let me see the kind of content you've created for it?

Hi, I didn't create a blog but I created an faq, about us, contact and privacy policy, I also created social media profiles, some parasites, blog comments and I created the PBN with the guide from the seller. I could send you one of my sites by PM.

The thing people here don't understand is that adsense only makes sense finacially if you already have at least 10.000 unique pageviews a month, otherwise you would only make the site ugly and get no more than a few cents or a few dollars.

To get 10.000 pageviews a month you either spend a couple hundred on very good and relevant backlinks, or you promote it in a community you already have in that city or you write 50 to 100 articles targeting high traffic and low competition keyword for your niche, so if your niche is jobs in miami, the articles could be, what are the best temp job agencies in south miami, how to find a job the in miami the first week after you move here, what are the worse jobs to do in miami in spring, etc.

I've seen your sites so I can see the pages you've added. Thanks.

Why would you need so many articles? How much traffic do you expect each article to get per day?

Sorry for my bad response, in your case I think it was bad luck because when they visited your site there were many jobs that seemed to be the same (there are many companies that have several locations and post the same job title and job description for several different locations) furthermore increasing the perception the jobs are scrapped, but as @mylastvacation explaned, adding those pages and creating an ecosystem around your website will definitely help you not only to increase your acceptance rate in adsense but to increase your traffic too.

Why would you need so many articles? How much traffic do you expect each article to get per day?
As much as possible, the more articles you create IF you use them properly (relevant anchor text, interlinking, promotion) can definitely increase your traffic, and @mylastvacation is right in the sense that you need to increase your visitors as much as possible to increase your income via adsense, UNLESS you have created a website with specific high CPC via adsense, something I will explain in further documents and posts, because we are testing new methods and will be public soon.

Yes, I think it's good practice anyway to build out the site that way and my process is underway.

It seems that I'm the first to disclose that I'm adopting this approach and given that this is a sales thread I will create a separate discussion thread elsewhere on the forum and I hope some of you will join me there. The purpose of my thread will be to further promote this opportunity and to open up a lively discussion of what's possible with it.

For the record, patadeperro is a quality and professional seller and passionate about seeing that we all succeed.

Best wishes all for 2020.

Hi,

Is there additional cost for targeting whole country?

Is is possible to start with a US State and include the country once familiar with running the job board?

Do the API partners include pay per click earnings such as the likes of Indeed and Talroo?

Here are the answers to your questions:

"Is there additional cost for targeting whole country?"
Answer: No additional cost, chose the country among USA, Canada and Australia and you will have it, the only thin is that I would recommend this set up for someone experienced, that may be you but I just wanted to be clear.

"Is is possible to start with a US State and include the country once familiar with running the job board?"
Answer: Yes we can do it not a problem, the only "problem" is when you want to start a website based on a category (example fast food jobs) and you want to change for a geography based website ( a website for a city, a state, region or even a country)

"Do the API partners include pay per click earnings such as the likes of Indeed and Talroo?"
Answer: Not at the moment but this is something we are definitely working on, that is the main goal in a very near future to offer you all the possibility to earn per click on your jobs and eventually even in the conversions.

can i have a sample

If you mean you want to see a sample site, there are several linked at the bottom of the first sales post.

I think one or two have some overlap of title and graphics on the mobile version. This is not typical and the site I received looks and functions perfectly.
