Unable to send DM to mods?

Hi,
I am getting strange errors. When i try to send messages to mods ( I want to change something in my sales thread, i get message you have been blocked)

But, my sales threads are working fine and I can send private messages to jr vip , other members of BHW.

Can someone tell me whats the issue?

I just tried sending message to diamond damien and it was succesful

You might try opening a Support Ticket @ https://support.blackhatworld.com/support/home

It could be a DNS error, it sees BHW is using cloudflare or something as I can see from the screen shot you sent.
Maybe your IP was blocked at that particular time.

This is strange, I have submitted support request. I did not get any email confirming that ticket has been submitted suvvesfully and ticket number.

Also, when i submit ticket - i only see message your ticket has been submitted.

How do i track my submitted tickets?
