[Help] Digital Ocean Account Locked

I badly need Digital Ocean Droplet for some purpose. I have opened an account & tried Debit cards and they told me they are not accepting Debit cards anymore and I may create a PayPal account with my cards then I may add my PayPal account to DigitalOcean.
So I tried to pay with my US Stealth Paypal account but just after the payment they charged me $5 and Locked my DigitalOcean account refunding the $5.
What the f*** can I do now? I need that badly! I don't even need their $100 credit!
Need help guys. Any thoughts on how can I get a DO account running?

Posting here if anyone know any way to get a reloadable vcc or something that digital ocean will accept. I just need a DO account to use their Droplets.

Why do you need DO? Vultr, AWS or Azure all have alternatives you could try...

I'm going to guess that your paypal account is not verified properly and it flagged up or you did something against their TOS.

I also use their services with no paypal account attached, just a normal debit card. I have no issues.

I see. How did you added your debit card? Maybe years ago you added that. They aren't accepting Payoneer card and my another visa debit card.
Paid with paypal but account limited instantly! Might be for stealth payapl? If paypal allows me a run a stealth account, why the f*** DigitalOcean can't accept?

Why do you need DO? You can do pretty much anything you would on a droplet by purchasing a VPS (here on the marketplace or in other company).

Okay, I need DO for building my SMTP Server. I have Aws but don't know how to make an SMTP there. Any suggestions?

My suggestion is that you forget about DO and try another company. Creating a SMTP server is not something exclusive to DO. You can just buy a VPS with Ubuntu and search on Google: "How To Install and Configure Postfix on Ubuntu 18.04", for example.

I think you might want to buy VCC, which works for DO .. just search for this within BHW .. I am sure, you will find one ..

DO recently doing mass ban for suspicious account, most of them that apply a coupons credit. And when they ban an account for a reason.
When they ban you and refund your fund, move on. Use others alternative just like Vultr, UpCloud and Linode.

As you said want build a SMTP project.
My advise just use 3rd party SMTP service, just like Amazon SES. Hassle free and the price definitely cheap.
