we get banned from our ad account - we sell nutrition but did ads only image ads and not naked bodybuilding stuff - just general health topics.
we also dont know why they banned us and they also black flagged our facebook business page with 30k follower.

can we do anything? we are from germany?

if someone could help or would have some answers - we also would pay for that.

one other question - we have one backup account - but was always logged in with same IP Adress. Is that a problem if we make a new business manager ad account ? ad manager...?

Could be a solution if we just make 10 new accounts?

first you should get in touch with Facebook support to dispute the decision against your page. If you really didn't break the rules it will help. It worked for me once.

Regarding your second question, that's not good, but in your i don't think that will be a huge problem. You should open Ad Manager without a doubt on your back up account.

But what you really must do is to buy BM accounts and FB PRO Manager to run your Ad accounts on one machine safely. That's 100% working solution.

Usually we have from 10 to 20 friends on accounts. Some account may have 40 or 50.

We are not running for numbers here, since having friends is just a confirmation that the account is able to send and receive friend requests without getting blocked.
