I ordered this service and can recommend it. While the content is clearly generated/spun/not well researched, that's expected and I feel I got more than I paid for. All but 2 of the web 2.0s are indexed. I don't think I'll be pointing these to a money site but probably tier 2.

I appreciate my all clients reviews, but i don't know why you said 2 links are indexed i checked your all 10 links and 10/9 links are indexed, and reaming 1 link will index soon, 2nd thing is you did not link your websites in these web 2.0 so how can you say that theses are just for tier 2 links. if you gave me your site links along with keywords then you will surprise theses web 2.0 power, and yes it's suitable for tier 1 links because these are handmade web 2.0, not Spammy links..

I said all but 2. So 8 of them are. I haven't rechecked today.
I asked you not to link to my site, because I wanted to look at the web 2.0s first and then decide what to do with them. I'm saying personally I don't want to link them to a money site, because if anyone were to look, or if Google is smart enough, the content doesn't actually make much sense. So I don't want to risk it.
The sites look fine, with different designs and images, contact pages, etc, just when you read through the content itself, you have to admit it's what one would expect from generated/spun articles. That's fine. I'm just trying to make sure any tier 1 links I build look like they make sense.

I received my report a few days ago ( 20 web 2.0 properties ).
The delivery was as OP's said: 7 days ( He respected the deadline, so this is a big + ).
The Web 2.0 properties are very good and I already saw some movements in Ahrefs, which is translating into a very good job.
All the properties are indexed, as he promised. ++
The content is not hand-written but is user friendly ( your glasses will not break while you'll try to read it
).
Another plus, on which I put a very big value ( and should be an intrinsic thing for all of the sellers from here ) it's the quality of the conversation: He was fast, responded to all the questions I put and - again - kept his deal.
So, overall, this service is decent and the price of it it's good.
