The site looks 10x better than before, but my only concern is the old dates of the articles.
Front article September 2019, August 2019, etc. it also looks like there are not many articles.

I can always change the dates. I thought if it has recent dates, it may look like new sites

as far # of article, I’m submit it anyways

There are no specific rules on that, that's what I would do, it's not necessarily an important factor of approval or denial.

Hi guys, im starting as a publisher with programatic arbitrage in brazil in the financial niche. I was thinking on what strategy to use so i can get a better revenue. 1 - I'm going to buy traffic on facebook and taboola and lead the user to my blog and than gain with the CPM impressions. Or 2-Buy traffic with facebook and taboola and send the user to a quizz so that i can get his email and than he goes to my blog after answering the questions. That way i keep his email. Can you guys give me an idea or some suggetions whats to do? Thanks.

You keep saying you get lots of organic traffic. That's great, but it has nothing to do with traffic arbitrage. Arbitrage = Buy traffic and sell it for more than you paid for. Getting organic traffic is just getting a traffic. If arbitrage helped with ranking of your domains, it is just SEO. And if you are only depending on getting organic traffic from arbitrage, then you are doing it wrong. It's the lowest benefit of arbitrage in my opinion because that means you aren't really making big money. And trust me - when you do arbitrage for a big money, you don't care about organic traffic because it can not even come close to it. Ranking always happens and after driving big traffic to lots of articles you find out that it generates descent passive income.
