In registration page they don't even want the basic answer like where will I promote (website) but only email address and street address and they denied registration.

These are CPA networks which accept users without any issue, the only reason they probably rejected you is because they don't want any new user registrations right now or maybe depending on your IP, they rejected it.

Why dont you just ask them? I was rejected at first too. But then they said sth about street adress and tax from, dont exactly remember. I contacted them by skype and got approved instantly. You can contact Jay.cpabuild on skype.

* Failing to verify the email address.
* Entering an invalid home address [PO box addresses are not allowed]
* Address must contain a door number [my mistake every time I don't enter a door number]
* Using a proxy/VPN when signing up.
* The following countries are restricted: Bangladesh, Cambodia, Egypt, Nigeria and Vietnam.

So I reapplied with a new email and he approved it right away. He was very helpful and it didn't take even 5 minutes.
I hope my reply would help someone still struggling to get approved.

I don't really know about your case. I was not among a restricted country but my mistake was that I keep missing the door number in my address each time. You might want to give a try.
