Just Purchased Backlinks Indexer Software. Is it a good option?

I just purchased Backlinks indexer software, It was only $7. Is it a good option to make backlinks for my youtube videos, Fiverr account, etc? I believe it came out in 2018. Anyone use it here? Reviews?

I guess it just tries to index links that are already on the url.. So not what I am looking for. Or at least not what I am thinking I need. I am a newbie and have been reading everything.. I am looking for software that I can type in my url's and it will create backlinks for them. For youtube videos, fiver gigs, coffee mugs etc. Is there such a thing? I assume other fiverr sellers are using software. Or at least reselling this type of service from somewhere. Any ideas where? Thank you for your help in advance.
