Been using the software for two weeks or so, give or take, and i can say its certainly the smoothest operating software ive used (ive used a lot). and as has been stated by rootjaz and other users - the search and scraping functions are unlike any ive seen elsewhere - very powerful.

with that said - i cant hardly figure out what the hell im doing due to the labels and wording of most of the options/actions when setting up "follow" for instance, i THINK i understand what im doing, like "yeah cool ok this should make me follow all the followers of this particular user" and i add it to the queue , let it process, and cant make sense of the logs even, and turns out it followed no one but instead Favorited 170 hashtag searches or something? am i the only native english speaker that has trouble with this? lol maybe so. its a struggle i face in many bots on the market right now. if interested i would be willing to help smooth it all out via some phone sessions to rework the wording on stuff. my last suggestion is have it check for updates periodically while app is open? I came back to my desk to lots of failed tasks and restarted app to find there was an update. everything ran fine after that.

otherwise - love the app and cant wait to really unlock its full potential. thanks!

Without knowing what you setup, it is impossible it say why that happened (I assume pre-actions). But for support, please send the details to:

I would need to see your app logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

I would need to know EXACTLY how you set up the action / screenshots are helpful and / or describe each option / parameter you set
and any other relevant information.


As for a simple follow action. Perform this.
goto FOLLOW tab
In the search dropdown, set HASHTAG
Enter simple hashtag for a test: sunset (or whatever)
Specify 10 follows (max items)
Set a pause of 1-10
Click FOLLOW

The action is added to the queue it will scrape 10 profiles with a tweet with hashtag #sunset and follow them, with random pause of 1-10 seconds

Can you confirm at it's most simple, the above works?

There's about 38k followers, with around 32k fake ones, how advanced is your tool to get rid of them? I'm looking for a powerful way to sort them, ex no profil picture, no followers, no tweet etc

You'd want to scrape the followers. Then filter on profile image, <(n) followers <(m)posts, then you can run the remove followers function via block>unblock

All the profile details / tweet details are filterable. So if twitter provides it, you can filter on it

High quality proxies. Whether those are mobile / residential / static. You get good and bad in all kinds. One person may get good clean IPs from company_a and recommends to person_b who tries company_a and gets some bad IPs / ranges. So you need to test a bit and find what works for you and your use case

1 is best.
But you can push it to 2-3 if you REDUCE your usage and don't run them at the same time, but the risk is greater. Again depends what you do with them and obviously don't mix niches, especially say adult accounts on same IP as your accounts for a local nursery school

No. There are guidelines, but there is no one perfect setting. IT all depends. On your account / IP / niche / plan / risk level.

I just purchased Twitterdub, I'll be honest, the UI looks really really really outdated, i've spent one hour to take a look, I still didn't found the block button/feature, I've loaded my personal account, I still don't know how to load all of my followers and how to filter them, please help

btw, why aren't you making it a web app? it would be a lot easier for your users. I'm on mac I had to download a virtual machine, download windows etc... in 2020... c'mon just make it work in a browers with a clean modern UI

Yes it is known and will be updated some time this year. Fact is, eventually users get used to it and when asked prefer to have new features and improvements than GUI changes, as once your actions are set, it isn't something you use a lot.

Web apps are not possible with a one time fee program, as the server costs, CPU / RAM which has to be passed to the user. It is also not possible to have unlimited usage / accounts as again that is all a cost. Some users just want to run a single account on their local machine, the same as they use their account normally. They can for no extra cost. With a webapp, that personal account cannot use their home IP and would require proxies, which if I provide, again has a cost. Some users want to run 1000 accounts, for this they need a server and proxies, they have the choice and options to do so and run it as they see fit. A desktop app takes the cost off me and passes it to the user to decide. Your computer, your electricity, you computing power, your cost.

Those are the reasons for the desktop app, however there are benefits of a webapp for various usecases and I can acknowledge that.

Usually the switching of the IP happens with the proxy provider. If you can trigger that, you would need to provide more information on how to do that so I can tell you if the program can

- Control 50+ Twitter accounts

no problem, it can control about 1000-2000 per instance. With about 10-20 instances per machine and 3 machine installs, gives you an upper limit of 30-60k accounts

- The system only login and run ONE account at the 5-minute period

The program will run accounts ./ actions exactly as you specify

- Prevent multiple logins at the same time to prevent IP correlation

Again the program will do what you tell it to. One account per action and one action at a time at a time will be what you want.

- Support 2Captcha for Google Recaptcha
