$150,000 by Dec 2020. Crushing it on Upwork

I didn't understand. Could you specify?

Yes. You get a lot of clients, which all give you a task (or multiple). How do you organize tasks so that you don't lose an overview of what you need to do, for which client the task is, and so on. Do you have a CRM or something, or...?

You're growing faster thank tik-tok mate. :)
Just concentrate on what you have to do and you'll surely reach your goal. Then you can invest your money in an offline business if you want.

I wish you good luck!

Haha. I wish this grew like TikTok :) Thanks mate. Offline business is how I started, got bored, now addicted to online money, and the freedom that comes with it :)

Good luck, keep us updated!
Sure bruv. Big thanks.

Any else you wanna OP share with you ? Example like his Bank details or where he kept his Car/House keys ?

Asking which CRM someone uses is a very different question than asking for where he keeps the keys to his house or the keys of his car.

It would be great if OP could answer the question because when you work like him the only risk/limitation you have is project/client management. If you can't do either or both of them properly, things get messy and your clients will leave you for that.

So OP, it would be nice if you can share some insights as to how you organize all the gigs and all of your clients! Not only for others, but surely for myself since I am struggling for years with this issue.

I'm trying to figure this out myself. Clients have abandoned projects cuz I couldn't complete on time. When I get a higher ticket project, I tend to ignore the lower ticket clients - a personal problem I'm trying to fix since the beginning of this journey. This month I have bit more than what I can chew, my job success score has gone down. I was sad about it for a few days. Yesterday, it just came to my mind that the job success score is just a number. It is NOT the reflection of my self worth, or how much money I made/make. I'm learning to let go of these superficial metrics like job success score, and focusing more on tangible metrics like money in the bank.

Worse case scenario, if my success score goes below a reasonable threshold, ill ask my friends to hire me, and give me positive reviews to increase my ratings. I can afford to do that right now.

Thanks for the reply. Its no wonder you are struggling with this, seeing the amount of work you take on.

Though I still wonder (since you answered anything but the thing I asked): what CRM do you use in order to keep track of gigs and clients?

Looking forward to your reply!

Hubspot.

Patiently waiting for my next hunt.
Do you feel freedom in freelance? Obviously you must monitor Upwork all day and answer quicker to offers. It's all the fuss. You can't sleep, you can't go on vacation because of finding good offers. You must literally sleep with laptop :-)

Not at all. I check upwork just a few times a day, and have set search filters for the jobs in my niche. I went to Goa last month for a short vacation, it did not affect my work in any way. In fact, I worked better while traveling.
