If you buy 6 months - 1 year old account you definitely will need a warm up before you start advertising. Also there is a risk you won't be able to create a BM.

I'd recommend you to use Business Manager accounts to run you Ad Campaigns, they were created specially for advertising. That way you will be 100$ sure you spend money properly.

If you run german account for advertising you should use german ip in account's browser.

I'd recommend you to warm it up for 4-7 days.

Facebook might restrict random accounts from using their advertising options. We do not guarantee that you will be able to run ads.

As i remember usually advertisers are buying 2-5 year old accounts to run Ads.

I'd suggest you to get at least a MarketPlace account.
