Obviously, you signed up for MaxBounty and you know it's an affiliate network and you have to promote campaigns so I don't really understand your question.
Nobody will tell you to step by step working method.
If you want to make money - take action, test, fail, test, test, test, fail and eventually you will succeed. At least that's the case for me and most of the people making money online.
There is a very small chance to succeed on your first try although affiliate marketing is the easiest business model

how did you approved ? do they ask what you have like website or IG page or any other traffic source ?
They asked me about traffic method so told them I have several blogs , and fb pages for traffic.

Use that traffic and drive it to a landing page with MB offers that are related to the blogs and FB pages.

Maxbounty is ok but they are always cancelling offers and thats a huge turn off for me because once i promote an offer I like to count on it being available if i make a sale therefore I hesitate to promote their stuff.

Step 2: Sign up for the DOI and SOI offers yourself.
Step 3: Get banned for fraud and get a job at McDonalds.
Seriously though, Maxbounty is just a network with a bunch of offers. You got traffic obviously, so drive traffic to one that fits your audience.
