Local marketing affected by coronavirus?.

I’m planning to start a digital marketing campaign for businesses in the United States. “Seo and Facebook marketing”...

My question.. if the coronavirus becomes pandemic in the United States.. can I still sell these services to business owners?.

also. Is it possible that local businesses might close their doors if the disease becomes severe?.

@OP it depends on your niche, but you should be taken precautions for when your online income falls flat for a view months as people are already in panic mode in the US...

Here in europe all the small business owners I have talked to that are in the people business e.g. dentists, barbers, psychologists and such have told me that they have more cancellations because of concerned people that don't want to leave the house unless really necessary.
The same could happen in the US

Maybe, but these type of scenario's can and will always happen and nobody knows when it happens.

The OP was worried if his business idea would still work *if* corona becomes a pandemic. Maybe WW3 breaks out tomorrow, who knows. You can't let things you don't control or might or might not happen get in the way of your plans. Preparing for such scenario's is something people should have already done, not just because there is some media hyped panic now.

All I see is people doing business as usual and nobody is giving a flying f*ck about corona, except getting tired of it being shoved down their troats all day long in the media. You are correct to take precautions against these type of events, but that was not the OP's question at all.
