Im the admin of a youtube channel with almost 7 millions followers. We upload videos every 3 days and get 500k to 1M views on each video.

The traffic is not the best but maybe it can generate some good money. Our viewers are kids 7 to 14, from south america.

Somebody have a good method to monetize this traffic?

You don't have YouTube monetization? I think one of the good ways is to sell ads to other channels. End screens, community tab, or even an ad insert in the video itself.
I once looked for such channels without monetization, but they are very difficult to find since the algorithms of YouTube almost do not show them.
