Yes, method works. Got around 6 DM's yesterday and 2 people follow my instructions and I earn around $3. Currently my problem is to get more traffic.
What I did: use picture of wealthy man and screenshot with paypal balance(around 3 million $) with text: "I give $50 to you if you share my profile with 5 your friends".

I found solution. When I add people - most of them don't check my profile - I send them picture with the text and get many replies.
Now new problem - converting. They don't mind to do "verification" but most of them can't finish it. May be because I switch off all cheap offers and it's complicated to finish offers with email/phone submit. Or they just aren't very motivated.
