Ebay JV with @David Willy

I started JV with this person, at the beginning everything seemed to be going well, sales were going on, but then the first messages came from some buyers that the goods did not reach them, and I made a couple of payments to David. Then it turned out that most of the packages did not come, I began to ask questions and, according to him, the transport company mixed everything up, but the packages didn’t even have a track number (and this is in 2020, right?), It’s very strange. I had about $ 1,400 on my balance and he kept asking me to send them to him, luckily, I decided not to transfer them until the situation resolved. He claimed that everything was sent to customers and “send me the money”, but in the end, no packages reached the customers and from $1400 I have -$554.50 due to refunds and no one answers.
I would like to warn everyone who collaborates with him.
I don’t understand why this Ebay JVs still life in the JV section, because everything that I met there was scam. The first to sell license keys - a guaranteed ban after a while, other people sell copyright things - again, ban, and last, as you can see, it just takes the money and does not send the goods.
