$200/Month For FULL-TIME VA?

the price depends upon the workload, and also you can start initially with this payment if they doing good may you can increase the price in the future

I was approached by a company promising to offer VAs based in Phillipines/Pakistan with graduate level english and they were trained by the company.

They were willing to be paid $200/mo for 40 hours of work per week.

Is this possible?

PS: Please no "competitor-bashing" answers from other freelancers who might get insulted by their price. I just want to know if this is economically viable and if some VAs indeed work for this amount.

you should kick it out. $200 is lowest.. you can earn $400/month even you beg.

Doubt it, $3-400 per month is starting salary for a call center in the Philippines and then they'll be getting paid holiday & health care.

I just realised... why not pay a Filipino with average english $200/mo and get them to use Grammarly (automated grammar tool) while messaging prospects to ensure they have good english?

With Grammarly the English will still suck. You'd probably get better results if they used Google Translate exclusively.

It all depend on your needs , and your current income. it took 40 hour/week. mean 160 hour/.mount. does getting paid $ 1.25/hour worth it for you in your condition?

200$ is decent pay in india / pak / bangladesh / Philippines.
You need sweat a lot to make them understand things.

I do not think $200 is good pay in India. One can make more than that on free sites like micro workers.
