Fun4, good chance the domain name your blasting from is banned from gt. I don't think GT are looking too hard for footprints. Just blasted a shedload of ads about an hour ago and all are doing great. The site wsa having techn problems for most of today so thats what that was all about. The one thing about gumtree is the owners and mods are lazy and do not really give a rats about spam. Just pop onto the forum and see what other people have to say about the ads or even better, pop into the pets category and see how many legit ads you can find; none.

Nope, domain is rotated through over 300 domains. Ad content is pretty unique each time also.

Must be your ips then mate, obviously us in the UK just switch off our dsls then back on, i think you'll find the one thing GT do start clamping down on is proxys. I notice now when I post ads, it tells GT what provider I'm with along with the datacenter. If u wanna fire over ur project I can do a test blast for you but obviously if u got a secret method then is cool, Just put ur mind at ease. No worries.

I'm running hidemyip with the premium service.

The weird thing is that it was running fine until today.

Anyone else using hidemyip having these issues?

Im in Canada and seem to be able to post ads alright. (Hidemyip Premium)

Like I mentioned earlier its only when I attempt to attach photos with my ads, that I start to run into problems. I just ran a campagn 1 hour ago and a good 60 % of the ads with photos failed. Ill post a screenshot if it tomm.

I have found that Irish IP's post with no problems (TESTED).

Judging from the responses which I have received - which in turn must pass via the GT system - I suspect that IP's from France, Holland, and Germany should also work. This isn't yet tested - its a gut feeling based on very little info.

IP's from Holland don't work for me.

Shit, just think I found out what my problem is.

Running windows 7 64 bit with hidemyip's premium service. When I fire up hidemyip and enable premium service, I get the error shown in the screenshot.

Hidemyip, then defaults back to legacy mode. I have tried disabling AV's and Firewall but still have the same problem. Anyone have any ideas around this?

And yes, I have run this in compatability mode, as well as Admin.

Well first off you made a good purchase, seriously these guys customer service is second to none. If you ask for a new feature or theres a problem with an existing one, dpalat and co are on it straight away.

Look at the customer service the CLAD/Troopal guys get...... NONE.

I do use Hidemyip premium, (im in Canada) while it does have its glitches, im still able to post with it, I will say that ads with images only really go live 50% of the time, but still ive got 400+ leads in my inbox from yesterday.

A couple of guys are reporting that there unable to post with it today, ill run a campaign in half an hour or so and report back my results.

UPDATE:

Well I only tried to put up one ad with an image. It went live ok, no problems, no ghosting.

Guys who are having issues, change your proxies, email addresses. etc. you sould be fine.

No news about the reported bug in the title, it is very notorious to receive the emails with the subject filled of useless blank spaces. The ads posted by the bot can be banned with a single database query of the GT staff, i'm worried about this.

I think this is an important issue, dpalat?????

About footprint(s) - i don't think poster is leaving any direct footprints (other than till yesterday in Ad title-sorry for that!)...to other side it looks just like you would post manually with IE.

Typical format: 01XXX XXXXXX

for some reason i can only post in the business service section. When i got to post anywhere else the ad does not show.

The ad I cant get to stick i have is spinning, I have a picture with the ad, new emails, i have the url in the ad spinning too.

What could it be?
