Bad TAT.
I asked you before the order to improve the TAT and you promised to deliver the 3000 words within 9:11 days not only that but you promised to send partial deliveries from time to time too.
So, and according to your promise I placed the order but what happened?!
After a week I send you a message asking for updates and the answer was " our writers are working on it and the first partial delivery will be delivered in 2 - 3 days " but again after 3 days there were no updates and you asked me to wait again 24:48 hours!!!!
But again after that, you asked to wait 12 hours!!!!
So, after 11 days ( on 21 January ) you send me 2 articles and still 1 article not delivered!!!
Today, after 7 days from the partial delivery still no updates.
I waited for 11 days to receive 2 articles ( 1100 words each ) and still waiting for the last article!!!
19 days waiting for 3 articles ( 1100 words each ) !!!!
Just to know, I will never order from you again.
