Im doing interviews in the financial markets sector and content there. how can i promote the channel? Im already doing collaborations with guys, that have a good reach on youtube and other social media but its going slow.

First I'd say you content is weak,
not medium not strong, weak, you either need to watch a course or hire someone to advise you on changes.
Personally id adise find 3 channels using the same format as yours, (format being camera angle and information delivery), then copy the types of variations they use and apply them to your work. Also think about adding grphics with information and commentary. As your content is right now it is slow and quickly turned off. Your simply missing a lot of the basics, lighting video speed, and things like script work.
Secondly do you have money?
Id say run FB ads, they are a good way to bolster your numbers in a way where you get actual real followers, in conjunction with a few fake views to give you a little clout (maybe around a thousand or two.
Thirdly, you collaborations...
If their numbers (View Wise not Subscriber wise) are not equal or better than your, they aren't for you. In your social copy and in your video descriptions you should be tagging and mentioning their coming and their feature on the show to tell each social algorithm, "Hey! Followers of so and so Come watch this he is here!".
MOST importantly is having the collaborator post about Your content. Otherwise their potential views/followers are gone.
The best collaborations are people with High numbers and low Subs, it means the algorithm likes them, try trading collaborations, You appear on thier show and they appear on your. Its essentially trading viewers.
