I am using Lively browsers Twitter product, and need proxies just for setting up multiple twitter accounts.

If you could beat something like cloakfish that would be great. Speed, Privacy, and location are all important.

More specifically about pricing, here are cloakfishes rates:

4 proxies per day for 30 days = $9 per month
15 per day for 30 days = $19
30 per day for 30 days = $38
150 per day for 30 days = $64
unlimited = $99

Cloakfish gives you new IPs daily but they are shared !
You should not use PVAs with shared IPs, when using PVAs try to use the highest quality of private proxies you can get.
Major previous abuse of the proxies or its subnet risks the PVAs.

Cloakfish can be used to post without PVA but you'll have a mixed success rate. And since CL becomes harder and harder to post on the rate is probably dropping.
