The content was ordered on 21st February (Friday), the TAT notified was 2 to 4 working days. As you placed order late on the Friday, the working day was already finished. Today is the 4th working day, and the content has been emailed to you on the 4th Working day as discussed and as per the TAT given. No such promises were made to you two days ago, saying it will ready in a couple of hours. Please, avoid making such false accusations.
