Hi,
Recently I've finished a new Android app. Since it's a movies related app, we can't publish it on Google play store, we give the apk installation file instead. The app is now going viral itself but there're not as many users as we want. I am wondering if there is any way I can get more installs for the app without working on SEO ?

For sure, social media platforms won't be much of a use for this. You can try out forum discussions with such topics. You may be able to attract interested individuals to try out your app.

Most forums asks to have some posts before I can post a Link :( so it's really hard for me to introduce it since it's new.

just make a good video slap it on yt and other video websites.

tittle gd keyword.
description gd longtail keywords.
hashtag gd keywords.

send link everywhere

learn to promote!

if it went viral and not attracted enough installs, maybe it is not wanted.... or there lack use, or it to competitive and people already use 1 of what your offering

movie-related if there Copywrite issues no one will touch it with a barge poll.

if it just normal no breach you got so much competition with big boys like.

Netflix
amazon
ect ect ect

guessing might be why it not catching on.

you explain what it is? Do

Thank you, I will start working on Youtube this week, now making some videos and also a tool to help me to do the mass uploading with different Title and Description.

You can try to find some PPI network which can provide installs not from Play Store.

1) Publish your app on other directories like Amazon Store/Samsung Store/GetJar/Mobogenie/Apkpure etc
2) Buy the blog posts on app review websites or youtube channels related to your niche
3) Buy the installs from PPI networks on your apk

Thank you.
Btw , It's considered as copyrighted stuff so I don't think we can get approved on these directories. I am working on Youtube, and doing some Blogger Outreaching now. About the PPI network, can you recommend me a trustworthy one ?

Which one is the best for you?

I think you should consider other application hosting sites like Palmplay and Amazon. Also, I think you should try to get your application out there in the public with reviews and ads outside of the Play Store. Though, Google Play store is the most popular host for Android applications, it isn't the only option available there; you should try out others.

Thank you, I've uploaded over 20 videos from 20 different youtube account, with optimized title and des. Hope it would help. I will try to check the Palmplay app now.

Don't forget about social media, you can have people download directly on your Facebook page and etc.
