Hi all,

I want to send sms messages to people in the Netherlands.
Does anyone know a good/cheap service for this? Doesn't really matter wich country the message come from.

Yes you can send bulk SMS, try hipposms.com
 
save yourself some money and find someone that can send sms using twilio, everything else is pretty much just being resold through them

thats why i said find someone to do it. and its actually not that hard you can find scripts to do it for free and its cheap to buy the numbers as well
 
i second using twilio. by far the best and easiest. find someone and tell them to use that platform, you wont be tied down to something not scalable...

You can try smsever.com
 
Been in this business in the past. You may need to consider the SMPP protocol if you want to handle sending SMS often. Bai SendXMS, kannel etc has such a platform and then providers wise AMD Telecom is one to do some research into. You want to also sever SMPP, then you need the virtual SMSc side which means adds SMPP to your server side so clients can also connect via SMPP. Ones that have been around for a while but more retail are Clickatell and many similar ones.

Can you provide a detailed guide please, I am doing a lot of sms marketing and I will like to scale it up real big.
