It's less about the frequency of the posts and more about the quality. If you spend time and write 1 really solid post per day, specifically targeted to your niche, you could draw in the traffic properly.

I suggest adding Reddit to your list of traffic sources.
Immediate traffic, almost 90% is from the US, and it can be a lot, even if your post is removed.

Adsense is not the best way to scale. They disable ads or block a/c any time. No matter how much you make every day, you go to zero per day very easily!
