URL upload plugin was available a few years ago but it has been abandoned:

First export it using WP ALL Export and next transform your .csv or .xsl file to .pdf.

Learning the basics of WordPress shouldn't take too long, but if you want to make any modification regarding themes and plugins, it requires time to find the right plugin and/or develop your custom theme or plugin.
My recommendation is to watch the Udemy courses - which are free available to make a start with WordPress: https://www.udemy.com/topic/wordpress/free/

1)Any superfast themes for local businesses which load under 2-3sec ( WordPress)
2) If one uses Themes shared by you here will they cause any decrease in seo in long term or any side effects apart from updates

If you're using the latest version of WP - no 0-days infiltrations are there.

Yes, for sure. WP-script is your best friend.

1. LiteSpeed plugin for sure. WP Rocket doesn't work very well with a Litespeed server.
2. Yeah, Newspaper 10.x will work or KUPON is really nice too. Jevelin is worth a look too.
3. Ninja Popups for WordPress.

1. What WooCommerce plugins have you installed? It's uncommon behaviour like this, so I think it's related to the plugins you're using.
2. This YT video should be hidden from public? You can check out the LMS plugins in order to offer such courses.

This sounds like a custom feature. I am not aware of an existing plugin or WP functionality that offer all those features.
