Scammed by flundererboy

Hello, I ordered from flundererboy on 23/01 and since then he is staling and every day he come up with excuses..

First of all, before I ordered, I asked about a specific adsense account,
-I asked him to show me a screenshot of the account, he refused (his reason was its because he had bad experience with that before, weird but ok..)
-I asked for the domain name thats linked to the account, he refused to say..
Not really helpful, anyway I decided to proceed with him since its already an approved thread here from a staff member.

He told me he will deliver the account in 5 minutes if I send him screenshots of the transaction (http://prntscr.com/qt8ybf), thats what I did, I paid and I sent him the transaction screenshots I got in my email and from my account, and also the confirmation email that says the payment request is approved, he kept saying he didnt receive anything for 30 minutes and then he said im going for breakfast and left me waiting for hours...

to finally come up and say I had an accident (http://prntscr.com/qt8zbx) and since then he is either not responding or staling with "today when I go home I will send you the account", "Im not him, Im his sister using his pc" (http://prntscr.com/qt909n), Im not really sure yet but this is either some sort of a scam or this seller doesn't care about his clients at all...

Another thing I decided to do is, to make 2 alt accounts in skype and add him and see how he will react:

Pay attention to time stamps, and the "im his sister" lie, while talking to me he said Im not him, Im his sister. but when he was talking to my other accounts, new clients? he was responding and answering.

I Contacted payoneer about the refund, waiting for the respond and I will talk to them on monday, I sent him a message about this and will report him in bhw, he ignored my messages multiple times, so I decided to post now.

First of all i didn't received any order via BHW or directly on my website on 23.01.2020.

Secondly, Only USA, UK, Germany has instant delivery (If available in stock) and price for these accounts is $100 not 250$.

So, This is totally fake statement. If you check screenshot closely then you find that payment amount is 250$. And i don't have any product which price is 250$. you can review my post and website also.

Lastly, please send me invoice # and order # if you place any order. I am 100% sure this man don't have any invoice. because he is lair. Any person from staff or any other person place order on website received an invoice. you may check this..

I hope this case is close now.

I have one simple question, how can you call this statement fake, while there is your name and your responses in my screenshots?
Why did you respond to me at the first place if you are not selling the account I asked for?
Why did you accept my payment if you are not selling what Im asking for ?

Dear, i checked all of your screenshots. In every screenshot you hide things with RED HIGHLIGHTS. Why you hide.
Secondly everyone knows, anybody make these types of screenshot via adobe or any other software.
Thirdly, the amount you mentioned is not belong to any of my product.
THE MOST IMPORTANT: YOU SHOULD HAVE A PURCHASE INVOICE, ORDER #. I am surprised how you placed the order.

A suggestion, why you don't create a dispute via Payoneer and recover your amount?

i dont know why you do that, i am member here in BHW from 2015. And not a single scam report.

I don't sell anything against BHW rules.

My website is clearly linked with my post in Marketplace. And only way to order is via website.

I hope its enough to anwser your all questions .

LASTLY I REQUEST BHW OFFICIAL TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND CLOSE THIS SHITLIST THREAD.

This guy clearly smocking something, im providing screenshots to prove that he didn't deliver the order nor giving me refund and his respond is

Stop lying about the website is the only way to order, Evidence that you accepted my payment is provided, I provided EVERYTHING Transaction ID, screenshots when I first asked you about the account, screenshots of sending the payment etc..

More than a week since I payed and he is not responding, not trying to solve this. If he was an honest seller he would be already checking every time and answering everything in skype/here, he doesnt care now, he scammed and he is trying to stall with lame excuses..

One more thing, I didnt get ANY INVOICE from you, INVOICES are not handled by ME, its HANDLED BY THE SELLER, I did shit tons of orders online, its rarely an individual provide invoices, most of the invoices I get, are from companies.. so stop telling me to provide you the INVOICE because I DIDNT GET ANY FROM YOU, if you were AN HONEST SELLER you would have provided the invoice when we talked in SKYPE.


I hide things with red as the forum rules, dont share numbers, locations, real names etc...

@MisterF Sir, i want to please take a look and collect a valid evidence, if he have. On way this anyone create screenshot and give seller's to tuff time. Please check there is no 250$ product in my approved thread. then how is it possible that he send 250$. Even you may check that if someone place order, he should have order invoice and number. But this man have nothing.

Please give a final decision on it.

I've gone through this once again and the outcome is this.

@flundererboy you failed to deliver what was bought and gave the buyer the run around. Sellers can not hold onto buyers money and not deliver goods/services that are advertised as instant delivery.

@lofunz is entitled to a full refund which needs to be done within 48 hours, without fail.

@flundererboy The same still applies, as per my post above DO NOT REPLY TO ANY HAF or WTB threads or try offer any services until this mess is cleared up.

How can i give him refund, even i did not received any penny from him. He is a lier, he did not any valid proof of order. Refund is only valid, if he give me funds. So refund is invalid.

Here he lies about receiving funds, and with payoneer support he refused to charge back.. So yeah..
