hey

I would like to ask you are so much website sellers on flippa are scammers or there is some catch ? I'm asking because i see many websites for example with monthly profit 10k $ and price of such a website is something around 20-25k. Could you tell me guys are these websites providers are scammers or how it works, because selling such a businesses has no sense.

It depends on where it gets this monthly profit. Also,, are you sure that the price is a "buy now" price or just a starting price?

Be very careful whatever they show-traffic, income etc check everything live, no screenshots and trust! I paid the school on Flippa :) Nigerian dude scammed me. I was new in all that shit and naive, the joke is on me :D So take care, Flippa will not help you at all!

I'm newbie in such a things and was curious how it works, but as you guys wrote there are many scammers i will better stay await from this website. Do you know mayby some legit websites selling websites :) ?

Try motion invest or empire flippers. Anyway on Filippa there are a lot of scammers. Check Google analytics always, KWs and backlinks. Be aware.

Yeah, you are right.

You need to do your due diligence when it comes to Flippa sales because a lot of these websites are not very transparent when it comes to their actual traffic sources.

Sure, they can put on a good show to try to convince you that a lot of this traffic is organic.

But you can never really be too sure.

You should try to look at the past sales record of the seller and try to connect the dots to see if that person is actually selling legit sites.

It's not always easy to tell.

It's also a good idea to stay away from first time sellers.

Look for people with solid track records.
