i didn't know which is the right section to post this,
i have designed an illustration (100% my creativity) and post it on some groups hoping to get sales on my teespring and today found that someone is selling same designe of mine on a facebook page how can i proceed to shut down his page and claim my copyrights ?

Try to chat with the page owner politely. Tell him he's been naughty to use your design, but you'd like to work with him. Offer to work with him, tell him you'd make more designs and he'd like to JV. Better to make money together than to fight with the thieves

Most sites take DMCA requests serious but generally only if you have a trademark registered. I would look into filing copyrights for your designs, that's a cost of being in business. It will also protect you if someone claims that your design is theirs and files a DMCA request on you

in my country they don't even recognize digital artwork they will say " it's just a draw ( bullshit) who cares about this " and if i processed it will cost me 2K plus annual fees of 60$ to save copyright in my name

Your only options right off the top of my head would be to:
1. Spam his Facebook Page (and get blocked)
2. Try and Take his audience from him.
3. Just report him and do all of the above at once.

Sadly that's what happens when you're creative - there are plenty of people out there who aren't and will take your work instead of doing their own.

You could report the page, although your success might vary. The main way I would compete is with more designs - make it obvious that you're the real deal.
