Of course, I'll accept expertise relating to any site, and I'm mainly looking for ways to make multiple bots to mass report users. I don't know much about this, so if there's any basics you guys can give be that'll be great

There's a Programming section with coding/programming related discussions. You need to find out what programming language you want to use, learn the language and make the tool. If you don't feel like learning a language, for your purpose you can use browser automation tools like iMacros, which is fairly easy to master.
