IT automates the website as if you were a user using the browser (but does NOT use a browser module allowing fast / threaded / accurate automations from multiple accounts at the same time. It does NOT use the official API

Not sure what you mean "use a RSS feed without API". The API doesn't allow RSS feeds. What are you hoping to do?

What I mean if I put an RSS Feed through the software, can the software grab content and links from it and share those links automatically with no limitation from Twitter...

Because I tried several services and software based on Twitter API and I faced that problem, so my question is the process loke manual from a browser...

The program can process some actions from an RSS feed, however, threre is limitation from twitter. The program cannot bypass any limits from twitter

Because I tried several services and software based on Twitter API and I faced that problem, so my question is the process loke manual from a browser...

The program works through the website, so it should have less limits than the API, but it can also depend what you are doing. If what you are doing is trigger spam filters, then again, nothing the program can do there.

Limits vary by account. There are safe limits, limits pushing the high end, daily limits which you do 7 days a week and lots inbetween.

A brand new account bulk created on a crappy IP is not going to be able to do as much as a longterm established account with a high quality score.

recaptcha yes. Text verification it can request the SMS code, which you extract manually and give to the program. As twitter does not allow the setting of a new number to receive the SMS, it has to be the account assigned number, it cannot use an SMS service to do this for you
