Adsense - Copyrighted material (DMCA) Ad serving disabled

Hello guys, ad serving has been restricted or disabled on the page where these violations of the
AdSense Program Policies were found.

Yes, the page violates Adsense Policy.

Question: what should I do next? should I remove the page, or just remove the code from the page?

Thought of doing the same thing, but I am afraid I get another DMCA violation later which may cause in account disabling. Am I wrong?

well i would not ad adsense on pages that are violation others copyright as that will go wrong at the long run - google is closing those adsense account usually within weeks to months and at the end you can end up losing 2 month income - thats happend several to be an others. Are those DMCA real ? do you counter them ? how does you page manage dmcas - i mean there are several options. But i have no clue what you are doing - you can pm me your article that gets dmcaed and i will check asap.
