As others have said your niche is by far the most important thing you should be focusing on because without it...

Keyword tools, website URLs and pretty much everything else is useless if you don't know what you are working on.

Answers you receive will also depend on what you are doing, straight CPA or content locking.

You're going to have a different plan to follow for each one.

The most important piece of advice I'd give you though is to make sure you're niche is white hat.

Even black hat can be turned to white hat, for example if I was into content locking and the game hack niche for example.

I could host a Subway surfers generator and literally scam people by getting them to complete a verification offer for 20,000 coins or whatever, or...

I could actually send them to a link to download the actual modded app which really will give them unlimited coins.

The second option is a lot more sustainable and if you explain to people that they are completing an offer to help you keep the site running they are generally happy to do it.

That's question only you can answer, just about anything can be turned into a niche.

Start by thinking about some things you are interested in or know a lot about or pick a popular one and carve yourself a slice within that niche.

Can you show people how to side load apps onto a firestick or Apple TV? That's a niche.

Can you show people how to solve a very specific computer problem that's hard to explain?
That's a niche.

Do you have 1000's of paid Kindle books on your computer that you can upload and creat a blog post about each one?
That's another niche.

Can you scour the internet and compile a list of 1000 niches and write a blog post about each one?
That's a niche.

It's literally up to you to tap into something either already very popular or that you know a fair bit about or are willing to learn about.

Nobody here is going to give you their own niches, why would they want potential competition?
