Hello everyone I would like to know if you have any techniques to use YouTube videos that are not Creative Commons but can be used without restriction by YouTube

There are non "without restrictions" except you are able to modify the content abnormaly. The algo. is really good nowadays.

The best use of copyright content is found in criticism. Youtube allows copyright content in criticism and this works great for Entertainment niche. You should check if it works for your niche.

If it's reviewed by a human being, it most likely will be flagged. If only the algo. is going to run over it, it's likely to go unnoticed. (As long as it's modified really well)

+ what the other guy said about criticism videos is also true. There are some exceptions

Try merging different clips from different videos and make one and promote it like "Best plays of CSGO or whatever you can name it generic". Editing those clips will do the trick for you....

A compilation won't do the trick. He won't get monetized with that. And the owner of the clip can still copyright claim him if the clip is edited

Youtube is a mess now, even if a video can be used without restriction and the owner for whatever reason doesn't like your channel or the way it was reposted they still can file a DMCA against you. And Youtube will give them the benefit of doubt.

People do it a lot and I have seen same clips over and over again in different videos.Have you ever tried it @Stifl ....

Yes I have. Copyrighted clips in compilations can't be monetized.
