tried bulkaddurl for affected sites, urls got indexed, dint get my ranking back where it used to be on 7th Jan. all newly indexed pages by bulkaddurl show 404 on google cache. So i dont think bulkaddurl gonna work.

On some my affected websites operator "site:" shows normal count of pages today. As before fall and deindexing started at 17th December.
It fallen to 1-2%, and now shows +- as before.
Then, If I check page by page, they all are in index, and was in index. So all pages were in index all this weird time. So It's ranking and GWC data issue.
I hope that this signal shows start of recovery.

I wrote about this thing on Saturday, but now I also see no more than 10 indexed pages on all affected sites when using "site:" command.
You guys are playing a whack a mole game with google. The game will get you nowhere and trying to index what google is deindexing is a waste of time.
Based on what I've read here it's obvious that one of google algorithms doesn't like your site(s). I'm not saying that they are good or bad, it's none of my business. But as @BigG2020 mentioned above the signs point to the content, try to deoptimize it and see if there is an improvement. Just do something different instead of doing the same thing over and over again.

Just keep in mind when DEJAN was served a manual penalty a few months ago for something he's done (unintentionally) years ago and said that he's moving the site to a new domain out of the blue JM from google popped up in the tweeter conversation saying don't hold your breath, there is something like content ID to prevent people from evading penalties. While I distrust JM and everything he says, I believe he was right in that case. Some time ago, one of my posts was hit with over optimization algo penalty, no matter what I did, deleting that post, making it no-index and moving the content to a new post (URL), the penalty followed until the post has significantly changed.
