Please I ordered for a Payoneer card few days ago using DHL
They said it cost $40
Now the card has almost gotten to me and the $40 is yet to be deducted in my account
What do you think is going on?

How is that possible, it was delivered to me by DHL, why didn't Payoneer deduct the fee

I just got my card today and the same thing happened to me. What happens is that you need to RECEIVE your first 40$ (or30$ I dont remember exactly)in order to order a card. It doesn't mean that they are going to take the money I guess.

Nop, that's not the case, if you want your card to be shipped using DHL, they charge $40 for that
but im surprise they didn't, because when I had a chat with them that's what they told me

Maybe Payoneer/their partner had a promo for free expedited shipping without you noticing, maybe a mistake on Payoneer's part. If it will affect your balance, they will simply deduct the advertised $40, so what's the fuss? Until then, enjoy.
