OP, the best thing you can do now, when you make your new account is read deeply into the PP ToS.
I never had any issues with them, but i took my time to read the god forsaken ToS.
Hope all will get resolved, and don`t worry, you will not loose your money, the down side is this waiting period, which literally makes 0 sense.

I know skrill but they are complicated for setting up business account...
If anyone knows PP alternative please share it.

the problem is paypal is well known and popular and their fees are acceptable.
Payoneer is the best alternative but the minimum is $50, not good for the small service providers.

RIP you. You can spend the money I think but you can't do anything for those 180 days, after that you can transfer the money to the bank account linked to the PayPal.
Correct me if I am wrong, this happened to me once before with a 2k$ account and I just left it to rot.
