I need some help to speed up page load on wordpress (mobile)

Here is some screenshot of my page analytics using page speed insight

I want to increase THE FCP&FID to green, i don't know what steps should I make to do so

And for this google say it's important to be the text first thing that visitor see while loading your page.

Any tips, I'll appreciate

did you try to use wp cache plugin or wp rockets? you should use that, because it helps the page load fast, and also what hosting are you using?

I don't think this need any plugin for this, this is about the first visit impact, I'm using a good VPS so it's not about the hosting

My WordPress is already optimized, my page is size is not far than 1MB with all resources
