Post things which most people are interested in, That will drive their attention. Once you gained some followers you can sponsor your account or use ads.
How many followers are you getting per day using f/uf?
around 10ish? Maybe I don't have the right method? Not sure how many follows and unfollows I should be doing a day.

M/S to my mind, because you can put your own filters. Shoutouts will bring you a lot of undesired followers. M/S not !
On top of that, if you're smart enough M/S won't cost that much on the long run.
Just think outside the box ^^

Depends on which sides. Some show niches, e.g. fitness, but have only fake accounts in their database. Shoutouts the most but you need to verify where. It is best to do it yourself or hire a kid for likes or promo accounts and let them do shoutouts 8 hours a day

Followers are active from M/S aswell, i don't understand your opinion ? You just need to use filters, and then you target only active followers.
Accounts run better ? Mmmh. Don't really get your point neither here
- On the M/S strategy, you can also target followers with at least 1 post, less then 1500 (or whatever) followings, etc. Basically every filters you want.
- On the Shout-out strategy, you just get new followers. Whoever they are. No filters. And it's a "burst" of followers, with this boost spike on your analytics, that doesn't look organic, and very costy aswell. M/S is a steady flow of followers, looking way more organic.
- M/S with story-watching isn't a really good opinion to my mind, as story viewing got patched and you don't get the ROI you could have before. Now it's very limited. And polls/votes are very overcrowded ; here it's the same : no filters, shit followers not really targeted.
- Give-aways would be the worst from all of them. Un-targeted, ghost followers (accounts only created for joining give-aways, never gonna engage), mass followers patterns + huge unfollowing patterns on your account : nothing is more un-organic than Give-aways. Double your audience in 2 days, and kill your ER in less than 2 days
Here you get some hints from thoses strategies. M/S is probably harder to set-up, but so much better in the end.

Yeah, i know, then buying bulk fake followers (thousands per thousands) and fake engagement is the way to go for them
I'd say stupid, but faking can make it real hehe
