SEO PBN (social Links) - Method 1 or 2

guys reading on the forum I found a thread that rightly to increase seo recommends to increase the backlinks of the site.

I don't know which method I should use. Method 1 or 2

Method 1
1. I write an article on the main website www.domain.com/blog/articles1.html
2. I share my article on social media (by purchasing social links - web 2.0)

I don't understand how I can make it all layered. if I do everything as I wrote there are no more levels but it is a direct link to the right main site?

It should be so?

Method 2
1. I write an article on the main website www.domain.com/blog/articles1.html
2. I write an article on a second website (www.domain2.com/articles1.html) where inside I insert the link of the article of my main site (www.domain.com/blog/articles1.html). (Should the article I will have to write on the second site be on the same topic / rephrase the text?)
3. I share the article (www.domain2.com/articles1.html) on social media (by purchasing social links - web 2.0)

which method should i use?

Both. Send social signals and high quality links to main site. Then send lower links to the secondary site and link it to your main.

Method (2) is layered based. I assume website used in Step (2) is of high authority. So make all high quality links like Step (2) and other low quality links in the step (3) will be directed to Step (2)

Do the sites in Step(2) have to be in the same language as the main site?

Personal Observation: But in the way you say we don't involuntarily help a lot the seo of the sites of Step(2)?

Social signals are like a chore for any SEO professional. In fact is one of the most straightforward ways of indexing newly created sites that are not connected to GSC (and if you don't care about the promptness of indexing).

The tiering you mention is the "method 2" is just another mechanism to improve your linkbuilding strategy. They are not mutually exclusive.

Method 2 is the best way to link building.
Yes of course sites which you using your links have to be the same language.

You can get proper link diversity with these options only.

Why not building WEB 2.0s? At least good for anchor and link diversity ("camouflage links"). Only going for niche edits and PBNs isn't recommended (IMO).

Both are useful to you. But Method 1 is direct and Method 2 is layered based.
