I get that all the time when I fetch an URL. Tells me "page is mobile friendly" and yet, does not appear in Mobile Friendly section. Hm.

For me, everytime I fetch an URL, it says it's mobile friendly. And yet, in Mobile Ergonomy section, it says I only have 1 page on my site that is mobile friendly. Good joke, thanks Google.
Of course, it means that Googlebot received your url correctly and visit it

guys, can you please check your sites in Ahrefs ? in Organic keywords. and tell your current dynamics.
in Ahrefs and Semrush both i see slowing down that hardcore keywords losing and now new keywords are appearing .
maybe it is a good general sign

As I told this morning, my kws are up and down continually, appear and disappear in Google I don't know if something is moving in the right direction.

The tool DOES work, on SHORT TERM. Long term, we have NO IDEA, but short terms, it get me my main page back 1min after I submitted the URL and enabled me to have some trafic / sales again ! So please, stop talking about something you have not even tested VS people who DID test it.

I guess you're not getting the point. It's an indexer tool which helps fast indexing. People's sites are getting vanished from serps for unknown reason ( Not Deindexed ) and this tool is helping them in indexing the links back. It has nothing to do with the rankings.
If someone's url is vanished from pos 1 to nowhere, this tool is helping them to recrawl that page which has vanished from the serps.
Anyways, if someone's cheering, let them be like that.
